All prices on our website are in New Zealand Dollars this includes GST unless stated otherwise.
Refund and Replacement Policy
Our standard rubber products are refundable within 7 days if still in new condition, with proof of purchase.
We do not refund delivery costs unless the product was faulty.
We do not refund or replace custom products unless;
- We measured for the product and the measurements were wrong.
- The products were faulty.
Warranty
Our Able Axcess ramps are built to high standards and are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
- Residential installations: 5-year manufacturer’s warranty
- Commercial installations: 3-year manufacturer’s warranty
The warranty applies when ramps are used for their intended purpose and maintained appropriately.
It does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications or intentional damage.
