We are excited to join the New Zealand Made Day on Nov 21st. At Able Axcess, we value our "NZ Made" status. We make all our products from NZ made Aluminium whenever we can. We also support New Zealand manufacturers by using their products in our products as much as possible.
Our recycled rubber threshold ramps are made from recycled New Zealand tyres and can be recycled again. We recently returned 1.4 tonnes of old rubber ramps to our supplier for recycling. We recycle all our aluminium offcuts from our manufacturing and strive to make our business more sustainable in all our activities.
We had a great time at the ATSNZ show. It was nice to meet people and talk about accessibility.
We offer 15 minute seminars on how to measure for our ramps. We also offer larger in person seminars, register your interest at https://ableaxcess.co.nz/service/training/
Able Axcess are excited to be at the ATSNZ Show in Manukau, Auckland on November 1st and 2nd Our GM, Jeremy Glasier and Auckland Regional Manager, Thomas Parker will be presenting our Safe Access Seminar and we will have a stand in the trade show near to the Education Sessions to chat about our products. See us at stand 69.
We have left 1.4 tonnes of rubber with Treadlite to be recycled to be used in more rubber ramps. Allowing more clients to access their homes!
On June 20th, Able Axcess joined forces with Permobil and Eden Park for the Power in the Park event. This event highlighted the latest innovations and solutions for people with mobility challenges. However, it was quite different from the normal Trade Shows we regularly attend. Power in the Park was more of a community event and our team all enjoyed the connections and relationships we made on the day.
The day was a huge success with more than 500 attendees, their carers and Occupational Therapists at Eden Park.
Here's what some of our customers say:
I want to thank the team at Able Axcess for their prompt, professional service. I can highly recommend them. What an awesome team. The ramp was put up in no time and now Tom has easy access to get outside without any worries about stairs. Thank you.
